# Cynthia Rose Medium Weekly Meta Ads Performance Report
Reporting Period: August 24–30, 2026

## Performance Summary
Website Leads (tracked): 0 · Ad Spend: $0.00 · Cost per Lead: —
Impressions: 0 · Reach: 0 · Frequency: — · CTR: — · CPC: —

## What's Working Well
- There is no spend, delivery, or lead data for the period of 8/24 through 8/30, so there are no performance wins to report this week.
- Prior week metrics are also fully zeroed out, meaning this is not a one-week dip but rather an account that has not been running ads across at least the two tracked periods.
- With no recent_changes entries logged, there are no creative, audience, or budget moves on record to point to as a foundation to build from.

## Strategy Updates to Improve Results
- Before any optimization conversation makes sense, the first priority is confirming whether campaigns are actually live in Ads Manager and whether any budget has been allocated, since the data shows zero spend and zero delivery on both weeks.
- If the account is intentionally paused, the team should align with Cynthia Rose on a relaunch timeline and document that decision in the recent_changes log so future reports have context to work with.
- Once campaigns are active and spending, we will need at minimum a target CPL and a monthly budget set in the tracker so we have a benchmark to measure performance against.

## Next Steps
- Audit the Ads Manager account this week to confirm campaign status, budget settings, and whether any ads are approved and eligible to run.
- Get target CPL and monthly budget figures from the client so the reporting framework has something to measure against when delivery does begin.
- Log any account changes, even a relaunch or a budget entry, in the recent_changes journal so the next report can tie outcomes to specific actions.
- Check back next week and if spend is still at zero, escalate the account status conversation with the client directly.
