# Frolana Natural Weekly Meta Ads Performance Report
Reporting Period: August 3–9, 2026

## Performance Summary
Website Leads (tracked): 0 · Ad Spend: $0.00 · Cost per Lead: —
Impressions: 0 · Reach: 0 · Frequency: — · CTR: — · CPC: —

## What's Working Well
- There is no spend, impression, click, or lead data for the week of 8/3–8/9, so there are no performance wins to report this week.
- Prior week data is also fully zeroed out, meaning this is not a one-week dip but rather an account that has not been active across at least the last two reporting periods.
- With no recent_changes logged, there are no creative, budget, or audience updates to point to as a foundation to build from.

## Strategy Updates to Improve Results
- Before any optimization conversation makes sense, the immediate priority is confirming whether campaigns are live, paused, or still in setup. Zero spend across two consecutive weeks points to an account-level or campaign-level issue rather than a performance problem.
- No targets are set in the account (CPL target, monthly budget, and lead goal are all null). Getting those benchmarks defined will be a prerequisite for evaluating results once the account is active.
- Once campaigns are running, a baseline tracking audit should confirm that both Meta-reported results and tracked leads are being captured correctly, since both sources read zero and that could reflect a pixel or CRM integration gap rather than true zero activity.

## Next Steps
- Confirm with the client whether campaigns are intentionally paused or if there is a launch blocker that needs to be resolved before the week of 8/10.
- Work with the client to define a monthly budget, CPL target, and lead goal so performance can be evaluated against a real benchmark from day one.
- Set up or verify the pixel and any CRM or form integration so tracked leads are recorded accurately when traffic does start flowing.
- Log any account changes made this week in the recent_changes journal so future reports can tie outcomes to specific actions.
